This was a fun lens to work with and perfect for my style of photography. Love how the depth of field is with the different apertures, but best at 2.8 & 4. Good control of where the focus is set, even with manual focus it gets razor sharp in the right places also with a large aperture. One of the photographs I tested it on was a child photography, and I could easily have delivered a whole series with only this lens in use. A slightly exciting/restless background is required for the best effect, but at the same time I like how the result is with a small aperture and neutral background as well. Soft and nice transitions.
